Grand Results from a Grand Opening

Access Direct was engaged by leadership at the Raclin Murphy Museum of Art at the University of Notre Dame and tasked with creating a direct marketing campaign that would enhance visibility of the new Museum, drive attendance to the Grand Opening and leverage the event to increase the portfolio of “Friends” member-donors by 100%.

Access Direct used a multi-wave communications strategy over the course of the year that reached out to Alumni and the surrounding community. Urgency was conveyed by emphasizing the once-in-a-lifetime chance to be part of a new museum and the exclusive Grand Opening benefits just for The Friends. Access was asked to double the portfolio (100% growth). Our multi-channel acquisition campaign tripled the portfolio of “Friends” (200% growth).
